Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside takes guests to rural Louisiana and invites them to enjoy Southern culinary specialties at its restaurant, an establishment with six food stations and two bars. This hotel has five pools and access to the pools of the sister hotel Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter, and shares with it a shelter-like island that resembles an abandoned mill with a rustic pool and slide, and a fishing pond. At this Lake Buena Vista resort, the fun doesn't end with a program of activities such as movies under the stars and family campfires, as well as horse-drawn carriage rides and bike rentals for up to four passengers. Its 2048 rooms are ideally equipped with a mini refrigerator and coffee maker, and some have forest or river views. A couple of additional benefits of this hotel are free transportation within the Walt Disney World® resort, either by bus or water taxi, and that it accepts up to two dogs per room (fees and restrictions apply). The property is located at the mouth of the Sassagoula River, 5 kilometers from Epcot Park. Meals are not transferable between members of the group and cannot be eaten after midnight on the departure date. The total number of meals and snacks included is determined based on the number of nights included in the package. Guests can redeem their meals and snacks any day during their stay, until the number included in the package is used up. All meals and snacks that have not been redeemed, as well as the option to refill the glass at the resort, cannot be consumed at midnight on the departure date indicated in the guest's package reservation.
