Reservation Policy

The rates published on this website are valid only on the day of their quotation and are subject to change without prior notice. The rates shown are guaranteed upon receipt of the corresponding payment. All reservations are subject to availability. The confirmation key is granted until the full payment has been received.

By booking online or by phone you authorize the use of your credit card number to make the payment, and you expressly confirm that you know and accept our reservation, payment, disclaimer and cancellation policies. All changes to a reservation are subject to availability and rate re-quoting.

It is necessary that you print your reservation coupon and present it at the time of claiming the services you reserved.

These policies also apply to cancel reservations made in fixed payments.

Payment policy

The amount corresponding to your reservation will be charged immediately to your credit card and the charge will appear on your statement with the legend AEROMEXICO VACATIONS DE AEROMÉXICO as the company responsible for the charge.

Rates shown in Mexican pesos will be charged in Mexican pesos. For transactions with American Express, the rate in US dollars will be converted to Mexican pesos at the exchange rate in effect on the date of the transaction. This conversion can cause the amount that will appear on your credit card statement to show a variation of up to 5% below or above the international fluctuation of currency exchange rates. Price Res, SAPI de CV is not responsible for this fluctuation and by accepting this policy you acknowledge having been informed about this fluctuation in the exchange rate and agree that the charge with American Express cards are made in Mexican pesos.

Responsibility Policy

General information

Price Res, SAPI de CV provides services as an intermediary between the client and the provider of the goods and services published on this website. Price Res, SAPI de CV establishes commercial negotiations within its own quality and service standards, such as, but not limited to, lodging, ground transportation, air transportation, choosing only the most qualified and prestigious providers in the market. Notwithstanding this, Price Res, SAPI de CV cannot assume any responsibility against those who buy services on its Internet portal, for acts or omissions of the providers announced here, by virtue of the fact that it has no control or legal relationship over its personnel , equipment, operation or property.

By this means the client authorizes Price Res, SAPI de CV, to act as a mediator in the contracting of the different chosen services, to make up their travel package.

The commercial mediation service is performed directly by Price Res, SAPI de CV, from its operations center located in the City of Cancun, Quintana Roo, using its technological platform, regardless of the way in which the purchase is made. , either through the Internet, customer service points, telephone service or any other form of contact.

In case of contracting Travel Packages abroad, the client accepts that the use of them will be made outside the national territory, which is why Price Res, SAPI de CV transfers the Value Added Tax to the rate 0%, in accordance with the provisions of article 29, section IV, of the LIVA.

The acquisition of "Travel Packages" with destination abroad, which include the air transportation service started in national territory, Price Res, SAPI de CV, transfers the Value Added Tax at the rate of 16%, only on the part that represents 25% of said means of transport.

Price Res, SAPI de CV declares that:

1. The photographs shown on their website are for representative purposes and do not guarantee that upon your arrival, everything will be exactly the same as described here;
2. The star category assigned to hotels is based on the interpretation of Price Res, SAPI de CV and may differ from the categories reported elsewhere.
3. The descriptions of the travel services are constantly updated by Price Res, SAPI de CV but they do not guarantee that everything will be exactly the same when you arrive.
4. Price Res, SAPI de CV reserves the right to reject any person or client at the time it deems necessary.
5. Any claim or notification in writing against Price Res, SAPI de CV, must be received no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the trip.

Disclaimer

Price Res, SAPI de CV will not assume responsibility for any claim, cost or expense produced by personal injuries or third parties, accidents or death, loss or damage to personal objects, lack of fun, anger, disappointment, anguish or frustration (either mental or physical) resulting from the following causes:

1. Acts or omissions of anyone other than Price Res, SAPI de CV or their employees;
2. Illness, theft, labor disputes, strikes, mechanical failures, quarantine, government actions, weather conditions, or any other cause beyond the direct control of Price Res, SAPI de CV;
3. Impossibility of the client to travel due to not having the required documents such as, but not limited to, passports, visas and certificates. In these cases, refunds do not apply.
4. Customer failure to follow instructions including, but not limited to flight departure times, time and date of entry and exit at hotels, and coupon redemption policies;
5. Cancellation or change for any reason of the travel services offered. Price Res, SAPI de CV reserves the right to cancel or change the published services, but it will try to replace them with similar services. If a reservation must be canceled, the responsibility of Price Res, SAPI de CV will be limited to the refund of all money paid by the client;
6. Total refunds do not apply in situations in which the trip has to be canceled, interrupted or postponed by Price Res, SAPI de CV for reasons beyond its control (force majeure, such as, but not limited to , weather conditions, hurricanes, earthquakes, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, etc.) and in which the contractual obligations of Price Res, SAPI de CV with its suppliers do not allow it to obtain reimbursement of the amount paid or to be paid to the supplier on behalf of the client. In these cases, Price Res, SAPI de CV reserves the right to retain 10% of the total amount paid for the reservation as an administrative expense.
7. Although we constantly update the rates, in remote cases there is the possibility that there may be changes in rates without prior notice due to contingencies or force majeure. In these cases, the provider may not have a way to quickly update the rates. Price Res, SAPI de CV makes periodic reviews where there may be differences between the price paid for the reservation and the price required to use the service. In case of changes in the rates, if it results in a lower price, that price will be charged and the difference will be refunded. If it results in a higher price, one of our Travel Advisors will contact you and inform you of the change. If you do not agree, Price Res, SAPI de CV will reimburse you 100% of the amount paid, but it is not responsible for claims or inconveniences derived from the change of rates or the cancellation of the reservation.
